Shipping Policy
At Trippy Products, we're all about getting your order to you fast and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know before placing your order:
Shipping Timeframes
We do our best to ship out all orders placed before 1 PM Mountain Time on the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.
Once your order is with the carrier, it's officially out of our hands. Shipping times are estimated—not guaranteed—and delays can happen (we know, it’s frustrating).
Tracking & Delivery
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow along from our warehouse to your doorstep.
If the tracking shows “Delivered,” that’s considered proof of delivery. We are not able to send replacements for orders marked as delivered, so please make sure your delivery address is secure and accurate.
Address Accuracy
Double-check your address before submitting your order—we can't change it once it's placed. Typos or incorrect info could lead to missed or returned packages, and we’d hate for that to happen!
Missing Scans
Sometimes carriers skip scans (don’t ask us why 🤷). If you placed your order before the shipping cutoff, rest assured it left our warehouse the same day—even if it takes a bit for tracking to update.
Delivery Delays
We’ll always move fast on our end, but some things are out of our control. Delays may happen due to:

We’re also unable to ship to these specific cities or counties:

If you're in one of these restricted areas, your order will not be processed or fulfilled. It's your responsibility to know and follow your local laws.
