At Trippy Products, we’re all about quality, fairness, and transparency. We stand behind every product we send out and want you to feel confident in what you’re getting.

That said, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges—and here’s why:

Why All Sales Are Final

Our products are highly sensitive to individual body chemistry. Everyone responds differently to 7OH, and while many people love the effects, we understand it might not hit the same for everyone. Because of that, we always suggest starting with a smaller quantity if you’re new or unsure how your body will respond.

Also, due to the nature of our products, we can’t restock or resell anything that’s been shipped out—even if it comes back unopened. This is part of how we maintain strict quality, potency, and safety standards across the board.

We take product integrity seriously, and we back every batch we make 100%.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives and something’s off—like a product is damaged or missing—please reach out to us on the same day your package is delivered.

To help us help you faster, your email must include:

  • Your order number in the subject line

  • A short description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the product in question

  • A photo of the shipping box

  • A photo of the packing slip

If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label for the damaged goods and process a replacement (based on current stock availability).
